Wordpress MU Categories and Images Broken

So I have been running Wordpress MU for maybe over a week now? Got about 20 acutal blogs and 2 big problems.

The first is that Categories seem to be broken in both the Manage Category screen and on the blog, they don’t display and you get a 404 trying to access one. This partly affects Tags too.

Images don’t work for anyone with a custom domain name on there blog (effectively a new site), this returns an error message.

Sadly it looks like Wordpress MU is not yet, the answer to our problems in the multiblogging world, maybe WPMU 1.5 will be better?
